    The Sonoma V2 has gone to the dark side.
     
    The original Sonoma frame-lock was designed as an urban utility folder in flat titanium. For V2, we designed an outdoor working liner-lock with rounded scales. As with the original Sonoma, the Sonoma V2 is manufactured by Reate Knives.
     
    This new version of the Sonoma V2 sports black G10 scales, brass backspacer, and a black PVD Elmax blade.

    With its slim profile and comfortable ergos, the Sonoma V2 is bound to become a favorite "go-to" folder for outdoor adventurers. Perfect for day-hikes or week-long backpacking trips, the Sonoma V2 packs light but will perform heavy cutting tasks along the way.
     


    Our decision on the name for this folder is a nod to Sonoma County which lies just north of GiantMouse’s original headquarters in Marin County, California. Sonoma is known for its scenic beauty - rolling hills and valleys, acres upon acres of vineyards, and over 250 wineries. The alluring landscape, along with no end to amazing food and wine, makes Sonoma an ideal place for the GiantMouse Team to get our creative juices flowing.
