Rat 1 is a winner
Wanted a simple pocketknife that was strong, easy to sharpen and easy to open one handed. Working in the bush only having one hand free is a common event so after some time on Google the Rat 1 (with easy to see orange scales) was the front runner for a knife that wouldn't break the bank. Arrived v promptly from Aussie knives and has certainly lived up to its reputation. V easy to open and sharp out of the box. Easy grind to resharpen. My only modification was removing the pocket clip and binning it ( I personally do not like pocket clips but that's a personal choice). Apart from that a good, sharp easy to open and close little knife. No hesitation in recommending both the knife and Aussie knives
